Samantha Stokes JD, Associate

Samantha has a developing practice in corporate and general civil litigation with a particular focus on real estate and construction disputes. She has appeared as counsel before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Provincial Court of Alberta where she has gained both chambers and trial experience.

Prior to joining Rose LLP as an associate in 2018, Samantha articled and practiced in the litigation department of the Calgary office of an international law firm, and during law school, Samantha spent a year working in the legal department of a major pipeline company.
