Scott Duncan Associate

Scott practices in the areas of commercial, construction, and civil litigation. Licensed to practice in both Alberta and British Columbia, Scott has experience on both national and regional projects, dealing with builders' liens, product liability, insurance, estate, regulatory, and environmental law claims. An experienced litigator, Scott has appeared as counsel before the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, as well as the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia.

Scott was an associate at a major national law firm before joining Rose LLP as an Associate in April 2019. He attended law school at Thompson Rivers University where he graduated as a member of the Deans' List with a course prize in Torts.
