David J. Wachowich

David has represented clients in civil actions since the mid-1980s, particularly in the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Appeal.

David offers experienced legal counsel in all aspects of civil litigation.  He has focused on insurance litigation, and more recently on corporate litigation, general aviation, contracts, energy, intellectual property, and professional liability. 

David has been a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers since 2013, and was the Alberta Chair from 2016 to 2018.
