Joree Nelson

Joree practices in the areas of construction law and commercial litigation. She has experience in various matters including construction litigation, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. Joree has appeared in the Court of Queen’s Bench and Provincial Court. 

A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan’s faculty of law with distinction, Joree previously articled and practiced in the litigation department of a Saskatchewan law firm and was called to the bar in May, 2020.

During law school, Joree worked at a Saskatchewan law firm and participated in both the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and Walsh Family Law Negotiation Competition in Toronto, where she was awarded third place for her individual negotiation performance. Throughout law school, Joree also volunteered with Community Legal Assistance Services for Saskatoon Inner City Inc., and at the YWCA.
