Kyle Harder

Kyle practices commercial, construction and general civil litigation. He has experience in various matters involving commercial litigation, professional liability, product liability and insurance related issues.  

Kyle has appeared as counsel before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, representing clients in contested applications, case management matters and co-chairing at trial. Kyle has experience resolving matters in mediations and other forms of dispute resolution. He has also appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta.

Prior to joining Rose LLP in 2020, Kyle articled and practiced in the litigation group of the Calgary office of an international law firm.

In 2019 Kyle took a hiatus from practice and began working towards earning a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Toronto, which he completed in 2020. In addition to pursuing his studies, Kyle worked as a Teaching Assistant for the inaugural offering of “Engineering and the Law” in the Faculty of Engineering. He was involved in preparing content, leading tutorials and assessing students.

Kyle has always been committed to community involvement, including acting as a coordinator for a chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada and giving time to various pro bono court programs.
