Luca Zuliani

Luca practices in the areas of construction law and commercial litigation. He has experience in various matters dealing with lien claims and adjudications, real estate litigation, breaches of contract and trust claims, delay issues, cost overruns, alternative dispute resolution, contract drafting, corporate governance, and small claims matters.

A graduate of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Luca previously articled and practiced in the litigation department of an Ontario law firm and was called to the Ontario bar in February 2021. He was called to the Alberta bar in October 2021.

Prior to obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Luca completed a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Civil Engineering at Queen’s University during which time he completed three work terms at a consulting engineering company.
