Michelle Herron

Michelle practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, general civil litigation, and arbitration. She has experience with major project disputes involving deficiencies and overruns, lien claims, product liability, corporate governance disputes and insurance matters. Michelle has coordinated large-scale document production including overseeing document review with third party vendors. She has appeared on matters in the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.

Michelle articled at the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta in Calgary and joined Rose LLP as an Associate in January 2015. She attended law school at the University of Alberta where she volunteered with Student Legal Services (Criminal and Civil) and was on the editorial board of the Alberta Law Review. During law school, Michelle worked as a law student for Alberta Justice in Energy Legal Services.
