Panelist at The Advocates' Society Fall Convention

Brian Foster attended the Advocates' Society annual Fall Convention in Anguilla as a member of a panel moderated by Christie Blatchford of the National Post, addressing The Politics of Litigation: Navigating the Media in High Profile Cases.  The Fall Convention CPD program included training seminars providing to Society members renewed advocacy skills and strategies.  The Advocates' Society is the premier provider of skills training for advocates in Ontario and elsewhere in Canada.  Brian presented a paper addressing the professional conduct issues and other pitfalls that can arise when speaking to the media about cases before the court.
