Rose LLP is pleased to announce that Chase Salembier has joined the firm as an associate. Prior to joining Rose LLP, Chase worked as an associate in the litigation department of a leading western Canadian law firm where he represented owners, contractors, subcontractors and other commercial entities and individuals in a variety of construction and commercial disputes.
Chase’s practice is focused on construction law and commercial litigation and he has experience acting as counsel in construction performance and other construction disputes involving industrial, commercial and residential projects as well as other commercial disputes involving breach of contract, property claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and insurance matters. Chase is experienced in large-scale arbitrations as well as complex multi-party litigations and he has appeared in the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, Provincial Court and has represented clients in numerous mediations and negotiations.
