Update: Elisa Stewart – Called to the Bar

Elisa Stewart was called to the Alberta Bar in 2020. Elisa completed her articling term at Rose LLP following a Clerkship at the Court of Queen’s Bench.

Elisa grew up in rural Alberta and completed her law degree at the University of Calgary. Prior to law school, Elisa earned a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and worked as an Occupational Hygiene Technician at work sites across Alberta. Elisa has volunteered with the Cochrane Friends of the Public Library Society, ProBono Students Canada, and the University of Calgary’s Indigenous Law Club. Elisa has an interest in bankruptcy and insolvency law and recently co-authored an article that will be published in the 2020 edition of the Annual Review of Insolvency Law. She looks forward to establishing her construction and commercial litigation practice with Rose LLP.
