47th Annual LESA Litigation Refresher

The Legal Education Society of Alberta (LESA) hosted its 47th annual Litigation Refresher on April 27-29, 2014 in Lake Louise with significant contributions from Rose LLP lawyers.  Jim Rose, Q.C. served as a sessional chair and David Wachowich, Q.C. presented a paper entitled "Neuroscience as Expert Evidence in Canadian Courts".  The paper was co-authored by David Wachowich and Jared Craig of Craig Law Firm.
