On May 2, 2013, Madam Justice C.A. Kent of the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench granted a permanent injunction enjoining the Association of United Ukrainian Canadians from selling a camp at Sylvan Lake, Alberta pending an internal appeal process to be heard at the Association's National Convention in October 2013: see 2013 ABQB 262. The successful Applicant, Tony Woloshyn, was represented by Josh Fraese of Rose LLP.
