Presentation Regarding "Pay-When-Paid" Clauses in Construction Contracts

Jane Sidnell of Rose LLP delivered a presentation to the Glass and Architectural Metals Association (GAMA) on January 16, 2014.  The presentation, a copy of which is available for download here, focused on the law surrounding "pay-when-paid" clauses in construction contracts.  Michael Oxman, also of Rose LLP, assisted Jane in preparing the presentation.
